Föräldrar på besök - Parents visiting

Milas föräldrar kom hit till oss! Vi hade 10 fantastiska dagar tillsammans. Alexander tyckte det var såå kul att få leka hela dagarna. Vi åt gott och skrattade tillsammans. Boris gjorde en enorm insats ute på bygget. När vi skulle städa undan byggskräp och annat så tog han tag i det hela och sågade upp all spillved och producerade på detta vis 40 stycken 40 literssäckar ved. Troligen kan vi elda hela nästa vinter med detta vedförråd.

Milas parents came to us! We had 10 fantastic days together. Alexander thought it was so fun to be able to play whole days. We ate delicious meals and had many good laughs together. Boris did a fantastic job helping us to clean up the building site. He used the saw and made as many as 40 bags containing 40 litres of firewood each. We will probably be able to warm up the house several months next winter.

Det var länge sen vi sågs - Long time no see

Hej på er! Nu var det en och en halv månad sedan jag skrev något. För er som varit inne och tittat så har det förmodligen varit lite trist. Här kommer i vart fall en uppdatering. Massor har hänt. Inuti huset har vi fått upp innerväggar och nästa vecka ska jag och elektrikern påbörja el-installationerna. Vi har även fått upp den maffiga garageporten. Många andra saker ska nu installeras tex indragning av fjärrvärme i själva huset, tele- och datanät, ventilation (det sistnämnda inköptes via nätet och ska installeras av undertecknad) mm. Badrummen ska snart få sina tätskikt och kaklas i nära samarbete med rörmokare och elektriker som tar hand om deras respektive installationer. Hi there! A little bit more than a month and a half have passed since I wrote something here. For those who have been visiting the blog it must have been a little boring. Anyway - here comes an update. Lots of things have happened. Inside the house there are rooms. Next week the electrician and I will start installing the internal electricity grid. The huge garage door (5 meters wide) is also mounted. Many other things such as heating, telephone and computer networks, ventilation (which I bought directly on the Internet) etc will also be installed shortly. The bathrooms will soon be prepared with rubbercoating (to avoid moist reaching the wooden frame) and then the the floors and walls will be covered with beautiful tiles. I made a little video driving from Ljungsbro to Linkoeping. More pictures to come!
