Mila målaren - Luda the painter
Mila gillar att måla - igår grundmålade hon alla fönsterfoder!

Ekgolv i (nästan) hela huset - Oak floor in (almost) the whole house
Golven är täckta av papp men under denna finns ett underbart ekgolv. Idag har vi betällt tapeter till alla rummen. Svårt att välja men vi tror det blir kanon!

The floors are covered with paper for protection..beneath it there's a wonderful wooden floor made of oak. Today we ordered wallpaper for all the rooms. It's difficult to choose (the supply is enourmous) but we think it will look nice!

Vad är det? - What´s that?
"Vad är det?" är just nu Alex favoritkommentar...möjligen har den frågan konkurrens av "Klutch?" vilket betyder nyckel på ryska...varje morgon när vi går till dagis passerar vi ett 20-tal bilar...Alex ber om att få min bilnyckel och håller upp den mot varje bil han ser..jag säger "clutch" och då kan han går vidare till nästa bil för att upprepa exakt samma procedur...vilken pärla!

Right now Alex favorite question is "What's that?"...possibly this question has some competition from "Clutch?" wich means "key" in Russian. Every morning when Alex and I walk togehther to the kindergarden he asks me if he could have our carkey and thereafter holds it up against every car parked along the street...when I say the word "clutch" he walks up to the next car and repeats the procedure...there are about 20 cars parked along the way to the kindergarden..what a star he is!

Nu måste vi flytta - Now we have to move
Den 31 mars sade vi upp lägenheten...det innebär att vi måste vara klara med huset den 30 juni..nedan följer fler bilder:
The 31:st of March we told our landlord that we were leaving..according to Swedish tennant law it means that we have to be out of the appartment by the 30:th of june (3 month period of notice). More pictures down below:

2. Vitrindel och städskåp - dörrar ej monterade, belysning kommer att finnas i skåpen

Nedräkningen kan börja - The final countdown
Nu var det väldigt länge sedan vi skrev något här och det beror främst på att vi inte orkat göra annat än att bygga - det har varit/är enormt mycket att hålla i och det är inte helt enkelt att hinna med att vara med familjen, arbeta och bygga ett hus på samma gång...hursomhelst så kommer här lite bilder på hur det ser ut för närvarande...
It was a very long time since we wrote something on this blog and it's mostly because we simply neither had time nor energy but to work on the the house. It has been an enourmous project and it´s not a simple task combinig family life with a small child with both work and an house project...anyway here are some pictures of the house as it looks today..

På första bilden är vårt stora badrum som ligger i direkt anslutning till vårt sovrum..på den andra bilden den lilla gästtoaletten vid entrén. Båda har dusch och i den stora finns det även badkar. Golven är ännu inte klara.
On the first picture is our main bathroom which is located in direct connection with the master bedroom...on the second picture you can see the guest bathroom near the entrance..both equipped with a shower and in the big one there is also a bath tub. The floors are not done yet.

It has been an enourmous project and it´s not a simple task combinig family life with a small child with both work and an house project...anyway here are some pictures of the house as it looks today..
