Regnbågar och husfasader - Rainbows and facades

Har sett något häftigt idag...på himlen syntes dubbla regnbågar och noterade att den svagare av de två var spegelvänd dvs att färgerna projecerades i omvänd ordning (syns tyärr inte på bilden). Huset har blivit vitare och mina duktiga snickare har spikat upp panel på gavelspetsarna på garaget!

Saw something cool today...there were two rainbows up in the sky and I noted that the colors in the bleaker of the two were projected in reversed order (unfortunately one can't see it on the picture). The house has become whiter and my skilled carpenters have mounted panel on the top of the gables on the garage!

När det saknas månsken... - When there's no moonlight...

...så får man använda belysning...kortsidorna på huset får panel på kvällen. Någon dag tidigare var andra långsidan (baksidan) klar. Idag gick solen ned 19:15 och klockan 20:00 var det nästan beckmörkt. Vi har också börjat titta på badrumsinredning och kakel/klinker. Det finns massor att välja på...

...you have to use lamps...the short sides of the house get panel in the evening. A couple of days before the other long side (the backside of the house) was done. Tonight the sun disappeared around 19:15 and at 20:00 it was almost completely dark. We have also begun looking at bathroom furniture and tiles/clinker for the walls/floors. There are quite a lot (of variants) to choose between...

Mila fotar o Alex badar - Luda taking photos and Sasha is taking a bath

Mila tog en promenad vid kanalen (5 min promenad från vårt nya hus) och passade på att fota en kanalbåt. Alex badar i köket! Pappa kryper runt och torkar upp efteråt...

Luda took a stroll near the canal (only a 5 minute walk from our house) and took the chance photografing a passenger boat. Beautiful! Alex is bathing in the kitchen! Dad is crawling around wiping the floor afterwards...

Mamma på besök - My Mother is visiting

Mamma kom och kollade in läget. Hon hjälpte också till att måla! Tack mamma! Mila sitter framför huset som nu har fått fönstren monterade.

Mother came visiting. She also helped doing some painting. Thank's a lot mother! Here is also Luda sitting in front of the house after the windows has been mounted.

Här kör vi hårt - Mila bar fram 2 ton taktegel som Rickard senare bar upp på taket! Senare samma dag så målade vi klart en av gavelspetsarna.

Here is some hard work - Luda carried 2 tonnes of roofing tiles that Richard later carried up on to the roof! Later the same day we finished painting (the top of) one of the two gables.
